The Knislinge Health Center is located in the Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with approximately 9000 registered patients and about 48 employees. We work patient-centered and care about providing good and close care with consideration. Here, we have a high ceiling and a good work climate with a focus on teamwork and quality.

Here, 11 experienced district nurses/nurses work, and we are well-staffed with both specialist doctors and ST doctors, as well as receiving AT and BT doctors. Furthermore, we have nursing assistants, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, and a psychosocial team, and there is access to a dietitian and occupational therapist. We also have Family House in new fine premises, where our BVC nurses work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you will have a varied workday with outpatient work, telephone counseling, triage, and medical assessments. With us, you have close collaboration with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, and a good cohesion between the professions ensures that there is always someone to ask! QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale is a requirement. A valid B driver's license is also a requirement for the position. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care, and it is meritorious if you are a trained district nurse.

You have a strong patient focus and a good patient approach. Furthermore, you thrive well in collaborating with your colleagues but also have the ability to work independently and make your own decisions. It is important that you share the same goals and visions as us, to provide good, close, and qualitative care to our patients. You should be curious and attentive to patients' needs and have an easy time adapting to different circumstances. We also see that you are meticulous, structured, and have a flexible approach. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
